Saturday’s Game 1 of this highly anticipated First Round series represented a pivotal statement for the Wolves. After dropping from first to third in the West late in the season and landing a matchup vs. a squad that’s given them fits all season, Minnesota’s rout of Phoenix had Wolves fans breathing a sigh of relief. Tonight, the Suns have a chance to respond and make it a series 👀

Of course, despite all of the buzz surrounding Edwards and his seemingly limitless potential, it’s important to remember that Durant and Booker are the ones with established playoff success. They will be completely unfazed by the Game 1 drubbing, and eager to even up the series scoreboard 💪

• Durant was incredible on Saturday, scoring in a highly efficient manner. He’ll need to maintain this excellence, while the supporting cast gives a far stronger effort if the Suns are to fare better tonight 📈

The main culprit in Game 1 was Booker, who suffered one of the worst games of his playoff career. He struggled against the Wolves’ litany of long wings, shooting only 5-16 from the floor. However, Book is a proven playoff performer coming off of a historically strong scoring run last year ⭐️

• He has shown the ability to weather early adversity in the past, and the Suns will need more of the same to score a win here 👀
