🏀 Undefeated Miami Visits Rupp Arena

Coming off an awesome Final Four run last season, the Miami Hurricanes have started the season hot. 5-0 going into a top-25 showdown vs. No. 12 Kentucky at Rupp Arena? Sounds fun. This is easily the best game of tonight's NCAAM slate, let's talk about what to expect 🔥 (2 min read)

Game Of The Day

With the NCAAM season now in full swing, we have a Tuesday night matchup with #8 Miami visiting #12 Kentucky - what an ACC/SEC showdown to headline the slate of games. Kentucky is 5-1 on the year with their lone loss coming to #5 Kansas, and UK coach John Calipari is 225-21 at home in the Rupp Arena 👀

Miami is 5-0 on the season coming off an impressive win against Kansas State in the Baha Mar finals, and has now had a week's worth of rest. This team is dangerous and returns a decent amount of talent from last year’s squad that went to the Final Four 🤝

Freshman standout guard DJ Wagner is the player to watch tonight. Wagner is coming off of games with 23 and 28 points, and he will be looking to keep his hot streak going. If the Cats want to win this game they need the freshman to play lights out 💡

Kentucky just scored a whopping 118 points over Marshall, their highest total so far this season. This was an insane display of offense from a young team blending together, and they should carry the momentum into tonight’s home game 🙏

For the Cane’s, watch out for PG Nijel Pack. Pack just lit up his former team (KSU) with 28 points, and his matchup against DJ Wagner will be awesome to watch, get your popcorn ready. He’s a do it all guard who has excelled beyond the arc this season, shooting the deep ball at almost 40%. His name should be said a few times tonight 🏹

  • Spread: Kentucky -5.5

Trivia Question: Who did Miami lose to the last year’s Final Four?

For My Parlay Gurus

I think the edge goes to Kentucky because of home court advantage, but this is bound to be a tight one, and potentially a high scoring one. Miami has the best 3pt shooting in the country, and if they can hit their shots early the pressure will be on Coach Calipari and the Wildcats. Miami doesn’t have as deep of a bench as Kentucky, which could be a factor down the stretch. Here’s what I’m going with 👇

  • Kentucky -5.5 vs. Miami: -110

  • OVER 164.5 Total Points Scored: -115
